Why are you giving advice on PEO Guide?
I know it can be daunting trying to figure out all things business. I enjoy helping people find easier ways to make their vision a reality.
What is your favorite business topic?
My favorite part of business is always the people. Without the workforce, nothing would get done, so I love studying people and how to help them do their jobs while being happy and healthy.
What is one piece of advice you’d give people that want to scale their business?
You have to learn to delegate. Delegating might be scary in the beginning but once you find people you can rely on, it is so freeing. Release control over one thing at a time and trust yourself and trust others to get the job done.
David Borgogni
David Borgogni understands that business can be confusing. His goal here on PEO Guide is to make the topic as easy to understand as possible.

their payrolls or find the right people for their organizations.
What is your favorite business topic?
The correlation between worker efficiency and reduced work hours is one of the topics I’m
interested in.

your company’s core values.
